Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Season Reserve. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

Services

Season Reserve provides seasonal porch and entry styling, including design, sourcing, installation, refresh, and removal (“Services”). All services are customized for each client’s home or property. Service availability is limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Consultations & Design Fees

  • Design consultations may be required prior to installation.

  • Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun but may be credited toward a future installation if canceled before materials are sourced.

Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing for packages (Elegance, Estate Classic, Premier Bespoke, Residency/Annual Membership) is provided at the time of booking.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

  • Services must be paid in full prior to installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may delay scheduling or result in cancellation.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Our cancellation and refund policies are outlined in detail in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • 14+ Days Prior to Installation: Refund of service fees minus non-refundable design costs; materials may be credited toward a future season.

  • 7–13 Days Prior: 50% of the package fee retained.

  • Less Than 7 Days Prior: Package fees are non-refundable.

  • After Installation: No refunds are available; adjustments may be made at our discretion.

  • Membership cancellations will only be refunded for unused future seasons that have not yet been designed or sourced.

Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Client must ensure timely access to the property for installation, including coordination with HOAs, security gates, or property managers if applicable.

  • Condition of Property: Entrances must be in safe, accessible condition. Season Reserve is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from unsafe or restricted access.

  • Care After Installation: Clients are responsible for reasonable care of installed décor between visits.

Materials & Ownership

  • Unless otherwise agreed, materials (botanicals, vessels, lanterns, textiles, etc.) are sourced and provided by Season Reserve.

  • Ownership of items may vary by package. Some packages include client ownership of materials; others provide décor on a rental basis, collected upon removal. This will be specified in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, photographs, and written content provided by Season Reserve remain the intellectual property of Season Reserve and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • Season Reserve is fully insured and takes every precaution to ensure safe installations.

  • However, we are not liable for damage caused by extreme weather, misuse of décor by client or third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Services are provided “as is.” While we guarantee professional quality and care, we cannot guarantee identical results due to variations in materials and environmental conditions.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Season Reserve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, property damage, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.

Changes To Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
