Welcome to Season Reserve. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of our website and to services provided by Season Reserve. By booking services, purchasing services, or entering into a Service Agreement with Season Reserve, you acknowledge these Terms, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.

Project-specific terms, including scope, pricing, payment schedule, installation timing, refresh services, and removal, may also be set forth in a proposal or signed Service Agreement. If a project-specific signed agreement directly conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.

Season Reserve provides custom seasonal styling and related design services for residential, commercial, and community properties. Services may include consultation, design, sourcing, preparation, delivery, installation, styling, refresh services, seasonal removal, disposal of perishable materials, and use of Season Reserve-owned decorative inventory.

Every property and installation is different. Designs, materials, quantities, scale, and pricing are determined by the property's architecture, selected service level, design requirements, material availability, and other project-specific considerations.

• Consultation or design services may be required before installation.

• Season Reserve's design presentations are conceptual representations intended to communicate the overall aesthetic, palette, scale, composition, and design direction of a proposed installation.

• Because we work with natural, seasonal, handcrafted, sourced, and reusable materials, individual items may vary in color, size, shape, texture, finish, variety, quantity, or availability.

• Season Reserve reserves reasonable professional design discretion to make substitutions or onsite adjustments necessary to respond to actual property conditions, material availability, visual balance, or the approved design intent.

• Package and service pricing represents a starting point unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing is determined based on the property's size and architecture, design scope, materials, installation requirements, service level, and other project-specific factors.

• Unless otherwise stated in writing, seasonal styling projects require a 50% reservation payment upon execution of the Service Agreement, with the remaining balance due seven (7) calendar days before the beginning of the installation window.

• Installation capacity is limited. A project is not fully reserved until Season Reserve has received the required signed agreement and reservation payment.

• Any cancellation or payment rights required by applicable law will apply.

• Season Reserve provides clients with an anticipated installation date or installation window.

• Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, installation dates and arrival times are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, unsafe conditions, material availability, property access, emergencies, scheduling circumstances, or other conditions reasonably outside Season Reserve's control.

• Season Reserve will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes and complete installations as close to the anticipated date as practical.

• Clients generally do not need to be present during exterior installation or removal provided Season Reserve has been given appropriate access to the property.

• Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to installation and removal areas, including necessary gate codes, community approvals, security authorization, or other access information.

• Installation areas should be reasonably accessible and ready for styling. Delays, additional labor, or return visits caused by inaccessible or unprepared areas may result in additional charges.

Seasonal installations may incorporate fresh and naturally perishable materials, including pumpkins, gourds, flowers, plants, foliage, botanicals, corn, grasses, branches, fruit, and other natural materials.

Natural materials are inherently temporary. Appearance and longevity vary and cannot be guaranteed. Florida heat, humidity, rainfall, direct sunlight, irrigation, insects, wildlife, and other environmental conditions may accelerate natural deterioration.

Normal aging, drying, fading, wilting, softening, discoloration, or deterioration of natural materials is not considered a defect.

Unless otherwise agreed, Season Reserve removes and disposes of fresh and perishable materials as part of scheduled seasonal removal.

• Unless an item is expressly identified in writing as a client-owned purchase, all non-perishable décor, vessels, structures, accessories, and styling materials supplied by Season Reserve remain the exclusive property of Season Reserve.

• These items may include planters, urns, baskets, lanterns, wreaths, garlands, faux botanicals, faux seasonal elements, textiles, ribbons, decorative accessories, supports, vessels, and other reusable styling materials.

• Placement of Season Reserve-owned materials at a client's property as part of an installation does not transfer ownership of those materials to the client.

• Certain Season Reserve packages include one scheduled Mid-Season Refresh Visit.

• Where included, the Refresh Visit may involve general tidying or repositioning of the installation, removal of deteriorated fresh materials, and selective replacement or replenishment of fresh seasonal elements as Season Reserve determines appropriate to maintain the overall design presentation.

• A Refresh Visit does not constitute a complete replacement, redesign, or second installation.

• Refresh services are intended to address normal seasonal deterioration. Damage or loss caused by severe weather, wildlife, pets, irrigation, landscapers, contractors, client or guest activity, unauthorized movement, theft, vandalism, or other outside causes is not automatically included.

• Additional refresh or maintenance services may be available for an additional charge and are subject to scheduling and material availability.

• Clients are responsible for exercising reasonable care of the installation throughout the display period and for following any care instructions provided for live plant material.

• Season Reserve is not responsible for deterioration, displacement, loss, or damage resulting from improper irrigation, landscaping activity, pressure washing, lawn or pest treatments, pets, wildlife, contractors, guests, unauthorized movement, severe weather, theft, vandalism, or circumstances outside Season Reserve's reasonable control.

• Exterior seasonal installations are subject to Central Florida weather and environmental conditions.

• Season Reserve may postpone, suspend, or reschedule installation, refresh, maintenance, or removal when conditions are unsafe or reasonably likely to cause damage to persons, property, or materials.

• Fresh seasonal materials may attract insects or wildlife. Season Reserve may recommend faux or alternative materials where appropriate; however, wildlife interaction with outdoor natural materials cannot be prevented or guaranteed against.

• Once a design is approved, Season Reserve may begin sourcing materials, preparing décor, allocating reusable inventory, scheduling labor, and reserving installation capacity.

• Client-requested changes after approval are subject to availability and may result in additional design, material, sourcing, delivery, or labor charges. Material design changes may also affect the installation schedule.

• Where removal is included in the selected service, Season Reserve will return during the communicated removal period to remove Season Reserve-owned reusable décor and fresh or perishable materials.

• Specific removal dates may vary based on scheduling, routing, weather, and operational considerations.

• Unless otherwise agreed, fresh and perishable materials are removed and disposed of by Season Reserve, and reusable Season Reserve-owned materials are removed and retained by Season Reserve.

• Cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, the client's Service Agreement.

• Once Season Reserve begins sourcing, purchasing, preparing, allocating inventory, reserving installation capacity, or otherwise committing resources to an approved project, certain payments may become non-refundable.

• Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived.

• Season Reserve retains ownership of its original design concepts, drawings, presentations, photographs created by Season Reserve, written materials, and other original creative work.

• Design presentations provided to clients are for personal reference and may not be commercially reproduced, sold, distributed, or provided to another installer for commercial execution without Season Reserve's written permission.

• Use of identifiable photographs or video of a client's property for public marketing will be handled in accordance with the client's applicable Service Agreement or photography authorization.

• Season Reserve exercises reasonable care in designing and installing seasonal displays.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Season Reserve is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from extreme weather, wildlife, misuse or alteration of décor, actions of clients or third parties, undisclosed property conditions, or circumstances outside Season Reserve's reasonable control.

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Season Reserve's total liability arising from a specific seasonal service will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for disputes will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any applicable Service Agreement.

• Season Reserve may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter a signed Service Agreement unless agreed to in writing or otherwise permitted by law.
