Some Central Florida neighborhoods occasionally see black bears, especially in the fall when pumpkins are most tempting. To keep your home stylish and wildlife-safe, Season Reserve offers a bear-resistant option featuring premium, lifelike faux pumpkins. These alternatives look elegant, last the entire season, and help reduce the risk of attracting curious bears. Simply let us know at the time of booking if you’d like this option added to your fall package.

It is not required that you are home for us to install your porch scape. If you reside in a gated HOA neighborhood, we'll need to plan accordingly to ensure we are allowed onsite in the case you are not at home.

While anyone can buy pumpkins, lanterns, or greenery, creating a truly elegant, cohesive look takes more than a quick trip to the store. At Season Reserve, we handle everything: sourcing premium materials, transporting them to your home, styling with meticulous detail, and removing or refreshing displays at season’s end. That means no searching multiple stores, no heavy lifting, no storing décor between seasons, and no hassle when the season changes. Instead, you enjoy a front entry that feels curated, timeless, and proportioned to your home — all without lifting a finger. It’s the difference between “decorated” and designed.
