Cancellation and Refund Policy

Season Reserve provides custom, limited-capacity seasonal styling services. Once a project is approved, we may begin reserving installation capacity, allocating Season Reserve inventory, sourcing materials, purchasing fresh or project-specific materials, preparing décor, and scheduling labor.

Because these resources are committed specifically to each client and property, the following cancellation policy applies unless a signed Service Agreement provides otherwise.

• Consultation or design fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the associated consultation or design work has been performed or begun.

• If a client chooses not to proceed with installation after receiving design services, any refund or credit will be determined according to the terms under which those design services were purchased.

• Unless otherwise stated in writing, a 50% reservation payment is required when the Seasonal Styling Service Agreement is signed.

• Once Season Reserve begins sourcing, purchasing, preparing, allocating reusable inventory, reserving installation capacity, scheduling labor, or otherwise committing resources to the approved project, the reservation payment becomes non-refundable.

• Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

• The remaining project balance is due seven (7) calendar days before the beginning of the scheduled installation window.

• Once the remaining balance becomes due, the project is non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to by Season Reserve in writing.

• Changes requested after design approval are subject to availability.

• If Season Reserve has already purchased, sourced, prepared, or committed materials for the approved design, those costs cannot be refunded because the client later requests a different design or material selection.

• Additional design, sourcing, material, delivery, or labor charges may apply to approved changes.

• Weather-related postponement or rescheduling by Season Reserve does not constitute cancellation of the project.

• If weather or site conditions make installation unsafe or reasonably likely to damage materials or property, Season Reserve may move the installation to the earliest practical alternative date.

• Payments are not refundable solely because Season Reserve reasonably reschedules an installation due to unsafe weather or circumstances outside its control.

• Once installation has been substantially completed, payments are non-refundable.

• If there is a concern with the completed installation or significant premature deterioration of a fresh seasonal element, clients should contact Season Reserve promptly so that we can assess the condition and determine an appropriate response.

• Natural aging or deterioration of fresh materials due to time, weather, heat, humidity, sunlight, irrigation, insects, or wildlife is not grounds for a refund.

• Where a selected package includes a Mid-Season Refresh Visit, that visit is part of the seasonal service and has no separate refundable cash value.

• An unused Refresh Visit does not create a refund or credit unless Season Reserve agrees otherwise in writing.

• Payments for approved additional services, special-order materials, custom-fabricated items, or client-requested additions may become non-refundable once the associated materials or services have been ordered, purchased, fabricated, scheduled, or performed.

• We understand that unexpected circumstances occur.

• Season Reserve may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduling accommodation or future service credit in an extraordinary situation. Any accommodation is considered individually and does not create an entitlement to the same accommodation in another circumstance.
