Refund Policy

Effective Date:

Design Fees & Deposits

  • A non-refundable design fee or deposit secures your installation slot and initiates the design process.

  • This deposit is non-refundable once design work begins or materials are sourced.

  • If cancellation occurs before materials are committed, this amount may be applied as a credit to a future season (subject to agreement).

Materials & Sourcing Costs

  • Once materials (botanicals, urns, vessels, textiles, props) are purchased for your project, those costs are non-refundable.

  • If cancellation comes after material sourcing but before installation, you may:

    1. Accept delivery of those materials (if agreed upon), or

    2. Convert them to credit toward a future service (minus restocking/handling fees).

Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds

  • 14+ days before install - Full refund of the paid amount minus the non-refundable design fee / deposit. Materials (if already purchased) may be credited to future use.

  • 7–13 days before install - 50% refund of the total package cost (or 50% credit) to cover labor and scheduling commitments.

  • Less than 7 days before install - No refund of the full package fee, due to last-minute staffing, scheduling, and material commitments.

  • After installation begins or is complete - No refunds. However, we commit to address any installation deficiencies or issues (see “Satisfaction Adjustments” below).

Membership / Annual Residency Plan

  • If you are enrolled in a multi-season membership (Residency Plan), refunds will be prorated only for unused future seasons not yet designed or sourced.

  • Past seasons (already installed or sourced) are non-refundable.

  • Any credits will be applied only to future service within Season Reserve; they cannot be cashed out or transferred outside the agreement period.

Weather & Force Majeure

  • In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or conditions beyond control, installations may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • If materials are damaged en route due to weather events before installation, we will notify you and discuss replacement or credit options.

Satisfaction & Adjustment Rework

  • If you find any installation element unsatisfactory, please notify Season Reserve within 48 hours of completion.

  • We will review and, if appropriate, return to make adjustments or refreshes at no additional cost.

  • This does not include changes of aesthetic preference or requests after the site has been live for an extended period.

How To Cancel or Request A Refund

  • Submit cancellation or refund requests in writing (email preferred) to hello@seasonreserve.com, referencing your project or order number.

  • Include your name, service address, and reason for cancellation in your request.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval, using the original payment method (minus any deductions).

Client Acknowledgment

  • By booking services with Season Reserve, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
